Breakfast is the most important meal of day, right?
It can help kick-start your metabolism, but only if you eat the right things!
Here are the 4 worst breakfast items that you might be “mistaking” as healthy…
Breakfast pastries:
Muffins, doughnuts, and croissants sure taste good with your morning coffee, but all those refined sugars will pack on weightin a hurry!
Breakfast Bars:
Watch out for the breakfast bars that claim to be full of fiber, vitamins and minerals. Check the label for the actual nutrition facts. Most are way too low in protein and way too high in sugars/carbs.
Breakfast Cereal:
Here’s another popular breakfast item that has tons of unassuming sugars. Only eat cereal that has no added sugar and plenty of fiber.
Drive-Thru Breakfast Sandwich:
Don’t even think about heading to the drive-thru for a quick breakfast sandwich. While most mightseem healthy (ie: ham, egg, cheese sandwich) that’s rarely what you are actually eating. It’s almost like fake food…and loaded with calories.
Remind me to show you the picture of the McDonald’s hamburger that has been around for like 7 years now and won’t rot because of all of the preservatives! Seriously…crazy stuff.
